Thank you for booking with us. Please note that no-shows impact our business, so anyone who misses their appointment without a valid reason will be required to pay in advance for their first session. I don't enjoy having to enforce these policies, but they are necessary to maintain our standards.

Additionally, we've updated our cancellation policy from 12 to 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations leave us with unused slots, which ultimately costs us money.
